• If you’re not an athlete, your workouts don’t have to be uncomfortable.
  • You’re not making your living or supporting your family playing a sport.
  • All you need to do is stay in your heart rate target range. It should feel comfortable and therapeutic.

  • Consistency is the key to getting results from your workout.
  • If you’re a motocross racer or any other kind of athlete and your races or competitions are uncomfortable, then your workouts should be uncomfortable to get your body used to it. If you’re just trying to get in shape, your workouts don’t have to be that intense.
