-Do I understand the plan?
-Will I stick to the plan long enough to know if it works?
Look inside and make some life changing decisions by making a quality decision to not quit and not give up. Believe that you will see a good difference and remember that good difference until you see another good difference. Eventually, it will become a lifestyle habit that you will see is very beneficial.
